What areas do you service?
I'm based in Bergen County NJ so I primarily focus on the tristate area, however I can service nearly anywhere in the world. My passport is all packed up and ready to go!
What kind of investment can I expect for Event Services?
Since every event package is custom curated, I don't have a set price list. Hourly rates start at $75/hr, Day of Coordination packages start at $1700. Fill out the contact form to schedule a consultation to discuss your specific needs and we'll figure out something to fit your budget.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit will be required for all custom work or event services. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total balance due.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an event is postponed, I will do everything in my power to ensure that I can accommodate the new date. In the event of a cancellation, all payments aside from the deposit will be returned to the client.
What happens if you (the planner) get sick or has an emergency?
In the event that there is an emergency situation that is beyond my control, I will ensure a suitable replacement is by your side. I work with a team of reliable individuals so if by some chance I am unable to be there, you'll still have all the support you could possibly need.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I can accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or any major credit card (additional fees may apply).
Can I do a payment plan?
Absolutely! Life is expensive and it can be overwhelming. I'll work with you to create a custom payment schedule if you need.
What is your return policy?
I will accept returns/exchanges on "ready to purchase" pieces within 30 days of receipt. I do not accept returns/exchanges on custom work however I keep you in the loop throughout the entire process to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with anything, I will do everything in my power to fix that.
Can I provide my own shoes/jacket/purse/perfume etc. to be customized?
Of course! You can send me a photo or a link of what you'd like painted and we can work together on a design.
Can you buy my shoes/jacket/purse/perfume etc. for a custom piece?
Definitely! I strive to make the process as easy as possible for you. You can let me know what you're looking for and I can purchase it on your behalf.
What is the turnaround time for a custom piece?
Short answer; it depends. Most pieces can be completed within 1-2 weeks however it depends on the complexity of the piece and how many things in my queue. I do offer rush services for things that require a quicker turnaround time.
How much does Live Event Painting cost?
Pricing will vary depending on canvas size and number of subjects etc. Fill out the contact form and we can schedule a consultation to go over the different options.
Will I receive my finished painting at the end of the night if I do Live Event Painting?
The final painting will be completed and varnished in my studio and delivered to you but you will see a nearly complete painting at the end of the evening. This is to ensure that I have ample time to add in any final details and finishing touches. I will also allow it to dry completely in my studio and give it a final varnish so your painting will look great for years to come.
My wedding already passed, can I still get a painting made?
Absolutely! You can send me a photo reference and I'll make you a custom painting in my studio.
